AFTER 48 HOURS ⏳ ๐Ÿ”ž

On May 14 2011, a young girl aged 14 went missing while taking a stroll late in the evening in a garden near her home in Malwani. (Bombay) On October 13 2011, the victim was dumped in the same garden in a horrid physical state and on November 13 2011, the victim succumbed to her medical complications.

The 14-year-old girl had been captured by her accused, who had promised her marriage but kept her in his captivity and rape her for five months.

After five long months, the accuser left the poor 14-year-old at the same place from where he had picked her up and left her like a broken doll.

Someone found the girl in a horrible state and rang the police.

The girl’s condition was very bad, and from her horrible state, anyone could guess that she had been rape and kept in a very horrible state by her accuser.

Her accuser had broken her mentally and physically, and to the horror of the doctors, they found that the girl had been feeding herself with paper and stone, as her accuser did not give her food so that she could fight against him or run away.

Before dying, she gave her statement to the police officer that she knew the accused very well, as they were in a relationship, and when he asked her to come with her for a weekend, she never thought she would be heading towards hell.

The girl belongs to a poor family background; her parents had no idea about her relationship with the accuser, and when she did not turn up for dinner, her parents started searching for her at all the places where she could be. Alas, they could not find her and lodge a missing persons complaint with their area police. However, as per the law, the missing complaint can be filed after 48 Hours. This gave the accuser too much time to do as he pleased with his victim.

However, for five long months, the police could not find the girl. Soon, the case was left cold until someone told them about a girl found in a horrible state, lying in a garden.

The police arrested the accused and sent him to the Dongri remand home (Bombay) as he was a minor himself.

However, the arrest of the accused was too late, as the 14-year-old girl had already succumbed to medical complications after giving her statement.

Such disturbing missing cases are happening around the world. Because the world law of searching for any missing person only after 48 hours is very wrong and needs to be changed.

After all, to end someone’s life, it takes a minute, and 48 hours are just a welcome song for the accused to play games, physical and mental, with their captivity!

Police officers are bound by the law and the system, as the law requires. Whenever there is a ‘Missing Case’, as the law requires, they can only search for the missing person after 48 Hours. Unless the missing person is a VIP, then the whole law system is changed, as every officer on duty rushes out to find the missing person.

Police should take action as soon as someone comes with a missing person complaint or as soon as they receive a call about a crime that is about to happen. In this way, the crime can be stopped before it happens, and a life could be saved.

In today’s time and era, with technology at the reach of our fingertips, it is very easy to stop an upcoming crime or catch a criminal.

However, many laws hold back a police officer from doing their duty, and one of them is the rule of finding a missing person after 48 Hours only.

This law of finding a missing person after 48 Hours needs to be changed, and the police officers should get into action as soon as someone comes to complain about someone missing and by doing that, they will be able to find the missing person alive and not dead!

BLACKMAILERS- TEAR THEM APART ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ”ž

The most disgusting germs in humankind are the blackmailers, and one should never ever give in to their demands; instead, one should face them with law and order.

The worst crime a human can do is play with a fellow human being’s TRUST, and most of the time, the core of blackmail starts from the destruction of TRUST!

RAPE, MMS, CHILD ABUSE, these terrible crimes are done by someone we trust, and the sad thing is that the victim keeps quiet and goes through the pain again and again because the culprit has put the fear of blackmailing the victim if he/she said anything to anyone.

The victim who has been blackmailed should understand that he/she has already been destroyed, so what more is there to be destroyed? So, the best step would be to stand up against your culprit, against the blackmailer, by speaking about them to the law, your family, your best friends, or anyone whom you trust the most and who will not take the wrong advantage of you, but will stand with you in your fight against the blackmailer.

However, the fear of society makes many victims bow to their blackmailers and give in to their demands, which only makes the blackmailer more cunning, powerful, and evil, and leaves the victim in a deep, dark hollow with no sign of any hope of light at the end.

When a rape happens, the victim feels shy to talk about it, and soon he/she live a life of fear and sometimes become a rape game for the culprits, who keep coming back to the victim. The same thing happens with MMS or anyone who is facing CHILD ABUSE.

The victim should understand that these blackmailers are nothing but flesh and bone like any human, so at the end, if the victim stands up to the blackmailer and tells them to go to hell! The blackmailer will move away, after all, at the end, no one is above the law.

Some blackmailers are strangers, and some are your own people; no matter who they are, in the end, they are the culprits, and the law should punish them before it is too late!

Forget about your name, your status, your family, and society. Remember, they are not the ones who are suffering. IT IS YOU! In addition, before you take your own life or do something bad that will pull you further down. Take a quick action against your blackmailer. The law and order is with your friendly NGO, your family, a good neighbour or your best friend. Anyone you can trust will help you to fight against your blackmailer.

As a fellow human being, if you have ever seen or heard about someone being blackmailed, or is in trouble. Then take a step towards the victim and show them your support. On the other hand, if that is not possible for any reason, then just call up the police station or an NGO and speak to them about the victim or about the blackmailer. You can do it by being anonymous. But never give in to the demands of the blackmailer.
